Costs: Organizing cost paid by the organizer. Other costs (e.g. accommodation, meal, entry fee, etc.) are covered by the participants. The entry fee must be paid in Euro, any other currency won’t be accepted. At the finalization of the entry (at the venue) all the participants should have a valid passport and the competitors are obliged to show their passport by the final entry.

Responsibility:

All participants should take part at the event there own risk. These will be signed by the athletes on the weigh-in identify card. On occasion of weigh-in will prepare a general health examine. The organizer doesn’t take any responsibility of any kind of injury and/or theft from the cloak room.

II. Hungarian Open Kata

Championship for Men and Women

The championship will be held at the same place as the shiai championship on the 1st of April 2012 (Sunday).

Venue:

Age and Grade:

Competitors are to be 18 years of age on the 31st of March 2012 and a minimum of 1st Dan.

Couples may be formed of either 2 males, 2 females, or a male and a female.

Kata:

Each Kata will be divided in two groups according to the age of tori, the champion title will be awarded for both group of age.

Organizer keep the right to merge the age categories, if there are not enough (at least 3 couples) participants in any age categories in the same Kata. The awards could be received during the official award ceremony, only by the persons who achieved the result.

A tori could enter for maximum two Kata.

Clothing and score system:

The competitors must keep the international standards set by EJU, only white judogi is accepted.

The score system will be based on the Kata European Championship of 2011.

Each Kata will be divided in two groups according to the age of Tori as follow:

Ø  Nage-no-kata Cat 1: from the age of 18 (1994) to the age of 45 (1967)

Cat 2: from the age of 46 (1966) and over

Ø  Katame-no-kata Cat 1: from the age of 18 (1994) to the age of 45 (1967)

Cat 2: from the age of 46 (1966) and over

Ø  Ju-no-kata Cat 1: from the age of 18 (1994) to the age of 45 (1967)
