Objectives and Motivation

Document Analysis and Recognition Group (DARG) is a group whose goal is to unify the community including academic and industrial working groups on the handwritten script and the document analysis. Many fields are topic of interest such as historical image and document analysis; signal processing, pattern recognition, artificial intelligence, and information retrieval. The objectives of this special session are to bring together the Arabic researchers in automatic processing of the Arabic language domain and industry experts and to establish relations of co-operation and research in this field, to expose and to exchange ideas around the themes of the Arabic handwritten document.

Paper Submission:

The submissiveness of the communication propositions: Will make itself under electronic format via E – mail . Three evaluators, members of the scientific committee, will value every proposition.

http://www.iccmit.net/. The accepted papers will be published by IEEE and it will appear on IEEE-Explore. Also, the best articles will be invited to be published again after expansion as book chapter in IGI Book as well as Journal of Information Retrieval "ACM Index journal".
