What does the abseil package include?
Administration - We will provide you with all the relevant admin materials, incorporating your logos.
Staff - BAC is one of the few abseil providers which follow the British Mountaineering Council's recommendations for charity abseils. Our staff are experienced and qualified to an excellent standard, with the relevant certification from National Governing Bodies.
Equipment - BAC's equipment undergoes regular safety checks and is updated and replaced following manufactures and industry guide lines.
Safety - Signage, equipment and briefings ensure your safety at all times. An extensive Risk Assessment is carried out at every abseil venue, on all equipment and staff.
Insurance - £5,000,000 of Civil and Public Liability covers the abseil events and Personal Accident Insurance can also be provided.
Cost – Still only £30 per person abseiling.
Further information
On The Day - BAC will manage the participants on the day including their registration, equipment requirements and safety briefings, each participant should allow around 1 1/2 hours for their abseil.
Commemorative photos and T-shirts will be available to purchase on the day!
Numbers and Venues - BAC can provide a private abseil event for groups please contact us for further details. Smaller groups and individual bookings are welcome on specified dates. Please contact us for further details. BAC currently abseils from the Europa.
Risk assessments on other buildings can be carried out for a small cost.
General Conditions - Abseilers must be at least 14 years old and fill in a medical declaration. We aim to accommodate those with special needs; please contact us for further details.
