Access to professional development opportunities is hindered by: (Change to Bylaws to allow for organizational flexibility – all still need to be directly addressed through all discussions about workshops, organizational units, certification, professional development opportunities and training in general.)

Question the National Workshop paradigm, maximize its effectiveness in offering professional development opportunities.(Discussion in progress with Programs Audit Committee.)

Define organizations commitment to the certification programs and related coursework . – including CIG, CHI, CIP, CIM,.CIT, CIH.(Needs to be addressed.)

Define organizations commitment to the international program and the international conference.

  • Which member services to be offered by National and those to be offered at local or regional level. (Some may be at both levels.)
  • Continuing issue with under achieving regions and sections.
  • Looking at organizational options to regions and sections in delivering local/regional services.
