2017 Summer Preschool Field Trip Schedule
The following Four Year Old Classes will be taking various field trips during our summer program;
Ms. Marie, Ms. Mayra, Ms. Kelly, Ms. Alyssa, Ms. Camille, Ms. Jasmine, Ms. Marlene, Ms. Morgan,
Summer Kindergarten, and Summer Camp.
Below is a list of the preschool field trips. All parents are welcome to attend; however, space on the bus is limited. If you will be attending a trip we suggest you plan on driving your own car and following the buses. Parent/Chaperones must pay to go on the Johnson’s Farm Trip, Atlantic City Aquarium Ocean Life Center, and Storybook Land. We will post the departure times and necessary information one week before all trips. All preschool children attending trips must wear the ECA field trip t-shirt. If you are interested in having your child attend any trip, please check the appropriate boxes and return this form with payment to the front desk by June 23, 2017. We need to know in advance so we can have a count and plan for the trips.
We have a new bus company and they have firm policies! All trips will close out 2 weeks before the date. Once a trip closes out you will not be able to sign up for it. There will be NO REFUNDS for your cancelations or missed trips! SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS

2017 Field Trip Permission Form
We will close all field trips 2 weeks before the actual trip. No children will be accepted after a trip has been closed. Sorry, due to transportation policy there will be No Exceptions!
*If your child is not normally scheduled to come to school on field trip days, he/she may attend these field trips with parental supervision or by attending school on trip date (providing availability). Trips can be charged to your account or paid by cash, check or credit card.

2017 Summer Camp Extra Activities
Early Years Child Care/Development Class
During the summer our first through fifth grade students will learn responsibility while
interacting with toddlers. They will meet occasionally on non-field trip days.
The students will walk with their teachers to our Early Years building. Once there, they
will learn important skills while playing with very young children such as toy safety,
playground safety, and appropriate conversation during parallel play.
Shires Ball Field
This field is located at the end of the street. The children will visit the field on occasion to play ball.
