Holy Week

Readings : Sunday Cycle C, Weekday Cycle 2, Psalter Week 1

Entrance
Antiphon / I have risen, and I am with you still, alleluia. You have laid your hand upon me, alleluia. Too wonderful for me, this knowledge, alleluia, alleluia.
1st Reading / (Acts 10:34, 37-43) We have eaten and drunk with him after his resurrection.
Psalm / This day was made by the Lord; we rejoice and are glad
2nd Reading / (Colossians 3:1-4) You must look for the things that are in heaven, where Christ is.
Acclamation / Alleluia, alleluia! Christ, our passover, has been sacrificed; let us celebrate the feast then, in the Lord. Alleluia!
Gospel / (John 20:1-9) He must rise from the dead.
Children / Early on Easter morning, Mary Magdalene went to the tomb where they had put Jesus when he died. She discovered that the big stone had been rolled away from the entrance and the tomb was empty. Mary ran to tell Peter and John. They went into the tomb and found the cloths that had covered Jesus. Something amazing had happened. Jesus was not there because he is alive!
