Q: What time will the screening start?

The Screening will start after a short intro at 7pm

Q: What happens in bad weather?

The screening will still take place in the event of inclement weather. However we will cancel the event if we think that the weather may compromise your safety.

Q: Can I bring a disposable barbecue?

No unfortunately you can’t – however we will have light refreshments available to buy and you are very welcome to bring a picnic.

Q: Can I smoke at the screening?

No all our sites are no smoking venues

Q: What should I wear?

Warm clothing is advisable as the temperature may well drop as the sun goes down.

Q: Will food and drink be available on site?

Yes but only light snacks and drinks are available to purchase - if you are wanting to enjoy something more substantial please bring a picnic.

You can bring your own alcohol, but NO GLASS is permitted on site due to Health and Safety.

Please note: drunken behaviour will not be tolerated

Q: Can I bring tables and chairs?

No seats are provided so you should bring chairs or other suitable items to sit on. Seating is in the open air on variable ground conditions so please ensure you bring appropriate provision for your needs. Gazebo-style tents, awnings or canopies or any item which could obscure other patrons’ views are not permitted. Small tables are permitted but they must be kept to the sides or collapsed during the screening.

Q: What else should I bring?

You may wish to bring a torch and some blankets as it can get cold in the evenings!

Q: I have specific access requirements will I be able to attend?

Yes the site is fully accessible.

Q: Do any of the screenings include subtitles?

Yes Omkara is a subtitled film

Q: Is parking available on site?

No but there is plenty of parking nearby in Stratford upon Avon. KES school has pay and display parking.

Q: Can I bring children to the screening?

Omkara is a 12A certificate and is not suitable for a younger audience, The Lion King is a U rated film. The Film festival entries vary and we advise that they are not all suitable for a young audience.

Q: Can I bring a dog to the screening?

You may bring a dog to the outdoor screening however we ask that dogs are kept on the lead at all times and accompanied by a responsible human please. Also please make sure you pick up any mess your dog may leave.
