My Wild and Precious Life
My whole life lies ahead of me, waiting for me to lay down the stones to reach all my expectations.
Building my path in accordance with how I want it to be.
I’ll block out the temptations of the world so that I don’t get pulled under.
I will be the one that decides where I go and what I do with my life.
With my knowledge as the light that leads the way, I will reach out and grab the stars.
I will not stop my education after high school, I will pursue my education further.
I don’t know where I will go, but when the time comes, I will choose the college my heart desires.
When the time comes, I will face the world armed with my faith; for I will remember that none of this is possible without God.
I will leap with my faith, hoping that the ground will be there to break my fall.
I will strive to be the person that people will trust with their lives.
I will never quit, no matter how hard life is beating down on me.
I will one day have a family of my own that I will love and cherish.
We will stick to together through the ups and downs of life, thick or thin.
I will not live by the wretched ways of hatred and jealousy, but instead I will live by the ways of honesty and integrity.
I will never accept failure and will strive for perfection no matter what.
I will face the obstacles of life with faith by my side and dare to achieve the impossible.
I will take life head on without any fear in my eyes.
I will look back with no regret, because I will live my one wild and precious life the best that I can.
