6. Public Concerns & Comments (15 min)
Every time the concrete company in Krueger Quarry start blasting it is moving Dianne Uttech sewage cap and damaging window. Suggested calls the Oconto County zoning department.
7. Agenda
1. FTC Development special assessments – Representatives from FTC to be present to discuss assessment options, leave as an open agenda item,
2. The Town attorney talked to Bill Woodward attorney of FTC about the recovery of cost to the town. Alex has asked Bill Woodward to come up with a solution and present to the town board at September board meeting. This will be added to September agenda.
3. Snyder Quarry – Review use and next steps
4. Alex town attorney, suggested do a paper survey to determent what amount of this property the town would need.
5. Discuss driveway ordinance amending the ordinance to allow plastic culverts

7. Discuss town hall parking lot crack seal and striping

8. Town hall cleaning – Discuss options to replace current staff. Potentially select a firm or repost to hire someone
