This HIRE AGREEMENT is made between Band Van Man and the HIRER named below. In consideration of the sum(s) mentioned, Band Van Man agrees to permit the HIRER to use the vehicle listed, for the period(s) described below and under the Terms and Conditions of Hire attached.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

Card details are held to cover expenses including but not exclusive to:

·  Damage and/or malicious damage

·  Traffic / congestion / bus lane / parking and toll road fines

·  Fuel top –up costs

·  Lost keys

Incurred at any time during or after the hire finishes.

The hirer is liable for the first £1,000 + VAT (or the amount as advised if the driver does not fit our standard requirements and has been insured after referral to our insurers) of any damage done to the hire vehicle or other vehicles for the duration of the hire. No money is deducted from the card unless damage is done during the hire or other costs are incurred in connection with the hire but we must have a card on file before signing the vehicle out.

Any damage to the vehicle or ancillary costs as specified above will be billed onto this card. Card may be debited with a £0.01 test fee if we have not registered your card before.
