Electing Coverage:
You will receive an e-mail within the first seven days of employment instructing you on how to enroll in Willis benefits. This will only happen after you have completed your new hire paperwork.Your benefits will be effective retroactive to your date of hire as long as you enroll within 30 days of your hire date. If you elect to cover a spouse or domestic partner, certain documentation must be provided.

- 2014 Benefits Power Point Presentation.
Visit the Aetna Online Plan Selection & Cost Estimator Tool located under the Health & Wellness tab of the Willis Benefits site to get started.
- Use this online tool to do a side-by-side comparison of both Willis medical plan options.
- Manually enter the annual premium costs for both plans, which are available under the enrollment tab of the Willis Benefits site.
- Enter your personal claim information.
- Use the data to estimate how much you should contribute to a Health Care Flexible Spending Account and/or Health Savings Account.
You must complete your online enrollment even if your choice is to waive all optional coverage.
If You Do Not Waive Coverage
If youdonot submit your elections within 30days of your hire date, you will be assigned the default elections, even if your intent was to waive coverage. Default elections are:
Medical: Employee Only coverage in the Healthy Rewards Plan Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) Pays First Medical option. Tobacco users pay a higher cost for medical coverage at Willis. If you are tobacco free, go to the online enrollment site and attest that you and your covered spouse/ partner are tobacco free. /
401(k): Your Key to a Secure Retirement
The Willis 401(k) Plan is a great way to save for your retirement! You will be automatically enrolled in the Plan with a 3% pre-tax contribution rate after you have worked for Willis for 60 days. You can also enroll with your own elections or opt out altogether by visiting our 401k administrator'swebsite willis.trsretire.com or calling 800-755-5801.
You will receive information at your home address from Transamerica Investment Advisors, our 401(k) administrator. You can also access information on the 401(k) Plan at
Life and AD&D Insurance: Basic Life and AD&D coverage equal to one times your annual eligible compensation. Be sure to designate a beneficiary.Otherwise, your automatic beneficiary is your estate.
Long-Term Disability: Coverage equal to 50% of your annual eligible compensation.
Spending Accounts: You will not be enrolled in a Health Care, Dependent Careor Limited Health CareFlexible SpendingAccountor Health Savings Account.
Your medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy eligibility will be reported to the carriers on the Monday following the date you complete your online enrollment.
ID Cards:
You will automatically receive identification cards for the plan(s) you choose. However, if you need to use your benefits before your ID cards arrive, here’s how to get a temporary ID card.
Medical ID Card(s) – Aetna
To print a temporary card or to request a duplicate, navigate to or call Aetna Member Services at 1-800-203-9978.
Dental ID Card(s) - MetLife
For a temporary MetLife ID card visit the Willis Benefits site or the Metlife website ( Registration is required for the MetLife site. To request a permanent ID card call MetLife at 1-800-942-0854 (press 5).
Vision ID Card – VSP
To request a duplicate ID card call VSP at 1-800-877-7195.
Flexible Spending Account Debit Card– Aetna
You will receive a debit cardif you chose to participate in the Health Flexible Spending Account. This debit card may only be used for eligible dental, vision, and pharmacy expenses. /
Commuter Benefits: Need Help Getting to Work?
The Willis Online Commuter Benefits Program allows you to set aside funds to be used for pre-tax reimbursement for certain transportation expenses to and from your work and for parking expenses at or near your workplace or at a location where you pick up public transportation. The Willis Online Commuter Benefits Program is administered by PayFlex.
