SIN 541-4C Exhibit Design and Implementation Services-Background & Experience
Planning of trade shows and exhibits has been an integral part of Weinrich Advertising since its inception in 1968. The core agency exhibit design team has many years of experience planning, and launching a wide array of highly successful trade shows, exhibitions, events, seminars and conferences on behalf of its’ clients.
The Weinrich team has a keen understanding of the deadline oriented issues that often arise with planning trade shows and similar events. This understanding has been garnered through their
on-site experience at trade shows and conferences where they have worked side-by-side with their clients to ensure all project elements are completed in a timely manner and within budget parameters. In addition, the Weinrich team has many years of experience meeting client’s last minute requests to finalize new marketing programs days before the commencement of an event and trade show.
In designing exhibits for trade shows, conferences and meetings Weinrich initially works with clients to ensure their messaging and overall exhibit design links with the companies marketing objectives and the project theme. The exhibit design and overall messaging must also be effectively targeted to the audience(s) that is trying to be reached. The Weinrich team will meet with the customer’s trade show group and marketing personnel and discuss the most effective designs that will fit into the customer’s budget parameters and will generate attention during the event. The objectives may be enhanced awareness of a company’s position in the marketplace, generating sales lead opportunities and supporting the launch of new products and services.
The exhibit design takes into consideration how to best make use of the available exhibit space and the supporting equipment/products that the client will be exhibiting. The exhibit design is drafted for the clients OK within the project timetable. The timetable is based on a timeline where overtime production costs are not an issue.
As a new exhibit is being planned and built, Weinrich will insist that the client preview the new exhibit at critical stages during the construction. The preview includes review of new graphics, lighting etc.
Following approval of the exhibit design, the event manager will coordinate shipping the exhibit to the designated venue and ensuring the exhibit is packed well and returned in a timely basis. Effective planning by the Weinrich event team provides clients avoids high transpiration costs which will result if the shipping and logistics plan is not timed within the designated
non-overtime periods.
Once the exhibit is returned to the trade show group warehouse facility, the Weinrich event team inspects the exhibit to be sure all materials have been returned and there is no damage that may have resulted when the exhibit was returned to the warehouse. The exhibit is unpacked, inspected and cleaned to be sure it is ready for the next event where it may be used.
Weinrich arranges for fire, theft insurance of exhibit materials for their clients.
