The Tax Collector may adjourn or cancel the sale in accordance with the provisions of CSG Section 12-157.

The Property is being sold “As Is – Where Is” with all faults and without representation or warranty except those specifically set forth in Connecticut General Statutes sections 12-157 through 159.

Bidders at the time of the sale must have cash or a certified check in the amount of $3000.00, made payable to R. Thomas Crovo, Tax Collector. This qualification amount is non-refundable to the Successful Bidder. The balance of the Sale price shall be due within 7 business days of the conclusion of the sale.

Additional costs and fees associated with the sale shall be posted and announced the day of the sale.

The Tax Collector hereby gives notice that in accordance with CT General Statute 12-163, that a jeopardy collection is in effect for this sale.
