SENSATIONAL BLIND MURDER OF A BUSINESS MAN ORCHESTRATED BY HIS WIFE WITH HER BOYFRIEND SOLVED.
Staff of Police Station Moti Nagar has solved the sensational blind murder with robbery of a business man namely Sonu @ Varinder Sachdeva. The treacherous plot of murdering Sonu was planned none other than by his beloved wife Arti. Arti got her evil designs materialized through her boy friend Sant Saran Nehra and a self styled contract killer Mirdul Dixit @ Monu. The deal to murder Sonu was fixed for Rs. 10 lacs. To mislead the investigating agency the criminals after committing murder enacted the scene of crime as that of murder for robbery. The wife of deceased Arti with her two associates was arrested and robbed booty consisting of Rs. 1 lac 5 thousand, jewellery articles etc. were recovered. The weapons used in commission of crime i.e. hammer, ice poker and blood stained clothes were recovered.

RECOVERY MADE
Rs. 1 lac 5 thousand, One gold chain, Two Rings, One watch Titan, Four mobile phones of deceased and his wife, One pearl chain, One hammer, One poker, Some blood stained clothes etc.
INFORMATION & OPERATION:
On 21.09.2011 PCR call was received in PS- Moti Nagar that a man has been murdered in H.No. 4/52B, IInd Floor, Moti Nagar. On reaching the spot one male dead body was found which was identified to be Shri Sonu Sachdeva @ Varinder Sachdeva. Many stab injuries were found and the body was lying in the pool of blood. The doors were open and the house was completely ransacked .Smt Aarti @ Varsha @ Arvinder Kaur W/o Late Shri Sonu Sachdeva r/o 4/52-B, IInd Floor, Moti Nagar Delhi reported that she is a house wife. She was married to Sonu @ Varinder Sachdeva on 26.01.1997. It was a love marriage. She had two children. Her elder son Saransh Sachdeva was died on 15.03.2011 due to decease and younger daughter is Tanishka Sachdeva @ Tiya , aged 4 years. On 20.09.2011 they went to sleep and at about 5,00am she woke up due to some noise in the room and noticed that two men were present in the room, one was carrying a sharp object in his hand. Suddenly both of them overpowered her and her husband. The person who overpowered her hit her head with wall and she fell down and became unconscious. When she regained conscious she found that that her hands and legs were tied up with chunni and her husband was lying in a pool of blood. The entire house was found ransacked. She raised an alarm and hearing her noise people came there and released her. On this a case FIR No. 226/11 dated 21.09.2011 u/s 302/323 IPC PS- Moti Nagar was registered. This incident created terror and sense of insecurity among neighborhood and society. The investigation of the case was taken up under the supervision of Inspector Rajkumar/SHO Moti Nagar. The scene of crime was studied at length and local enquires were made. All type of probabilities were kept in view to decide the motive of crime. It seems to be a totally blind, coldblooded and planned murder. Various teams of PS- Moti Nagar were constituted and deployed to collect intelligence. Inspector Raj Kumar/SHO Moti Nagar compiled all the information collected from the local enquiries about the persons visiting the house, the social status of the deceased and relation between the deceased and his wife. During course of investigation it revealed that the deceased has strained relation with his wife. The family has shifted to Moti Nagar from Tagore Garden( parental house of deceased) as Arvinder Kaur @ Arti was not able to maintain good relation with her in laws. Deceased Sonu had suspicion that Arvinder Kaur @ Arti indulged in an extra marital affair. This led to daily quarrels between them. In the mean time the two unidentified assailants who have committed this crime were zeroed down through the interrogation of wife of deceased, as love angle came to light. Local enquiries were made from neighbors to know the conduct of the family and character of husband and wife. Support of telephone surveillance was also taken. It has come to notice that the deceased’s wife(now accused) and her boyfriend Sant Saran r/o Pahar Ganj had executed the plan of murder with the help of a contract killer namely Mirdul r/o Bhopal Madhya Pradesh . The hide outs of Sant Saran were checked but he was not traced. Local sources were deployed. On 23.09.11. specific information was received to SHO/Moti Nagar that Sant Saran will come to Rama Krishan Metro Station at about 01.30pm. On this information a team under the supervision Shri J.K. Sharma/ ACP Rajouri Garden comprising Insp. Rajkumar/SHO Moti Nagar, Insp. Rajkumar, Insp, Rishi Pal SI Manoj Bhatia, SI Rajinder , SI Dharmender, SI Kamal Kohli, ASI Ishwer Dayal, HC Narendra, HC Rajesh, HC Randhir, HC Sunil, Ct Dharmender, Ct Zunaid, Ct Sandeep was constituted and a trap was laid near Rama Krishan Metro Station,, Delhi. At 1.30 pm a person who was identified to be Sant Saran and was apprehended. On interrogation he disclosed about the commission of crime. On the pointing out of Sant Saran, Mirdul Dixit @ Mouu was also apprehended near New Delhi Railway Station at about 2.30 PM. He also disclosed about the commission of crime. The complainant, wife of deceased now accused was apprehended from her house and she also disclosed about the commission of crime. All of them were arrested in this case and on their instance weapon of offence one hammer & poker and robbed properties/booty cash and jewellery and , blood stained clothes which were worn by the accused persons while committing the murder were recovered.
INTERROGATION AND MODUS OPERANDAI
During sustained interrogations Sant Saran Nehra disclosed that he lives in the area of Paharganj and belongs a medium family he is the only son of his parents. He runs a restaurant in Pahar Ganj. His father is a business man and mother is a house wife. He has been married in march-2011. He knows Arvinder Kaur @ Arti @ Varsha since birth as her maternal home is just in his neighbour hood . In the year of 2009 both Sant Saran Nehra & Arti Mehra went to Ponta Sahib, Himachal Pardesh with their families. During this tour Arvinder Kaur @ Arti, being frustrated with the indifferent behavior of her husband, developed a relation ship with Sant Saran Nehra. After retuning from tour Arti started visiting Sant Saran regularly. The frequent visits of Arti to Paharganj raised suspicion in the mind of Sonu and he started behaving rudely and violently towards Arti. Arti also attended the marriage ceremony of Sant Saran against the will of her husband and remained there for three days. Arti disclosed that she is the youngest child of her parents and studied up to 9th standard. She met Sonu Sachdeva @ Varinder Sachdeva(deceased) in train when she was going to Patna, Bihar for examination. Both of them fell in love got married in the year 1997. As the time passed due to the suspicious behavior of her husband their relationship became strained. Sonu started beating her and used filthy language which she never dares to digest. Arti started hating her husband (deceased) and to get rid of him made a plan with her boyfriend Sant Sran Nehra to kill her husband. Sant Saran Nehra was blind in love of Arvinder kaur @ Arti and easily became member of the conspiracy. Sonu is a rich man and Arti has promised that after the death of Sonu she will give part of the wealth to Sant Saran with which he can do a good business. She also lured that she will give Rs 10 lacs once he materialized the plan to murder her husband. Sant Saran Nehra called one of his friend a self styled contract killer Mirdul Dixit R/o Bhopla Madhya Pardesh.
He came to Delhi in 2009 and met Sant Saran Nehra in a restaurant. They became good friends. When Saran Nehra told about the plan of Arti to kill her husband Mirdul Dixit also joined the conspiracy to kill Sonu. Sant Saran being feebly built wanted the help of Mridul Dixit, a heavy and stout built man. Mridul is also in need of money as he is unemployed and got easily cultivated by Sant Saran. Both of them came to the house of Arti as per plan in the morning of 21/09/2011 and Arti opened the door. Sant Saran attacked Sonu by a self made Hammer and Mridul attacked with Ice Poker with the intention to kill Sonu. Arti remained present on the spot and facilitated them to complete the task. The attack was so brutal that total 35 stab injuries were found on the body of the deceased. After committing the murder Arti ransacked the house and dramatized the incident as some unknown person have committed the murder and robbery.
With the arrest of all the above three accused persons, Moti Nagar Police solved the sensational case of murder within 72 hours.
The staff involved in solving the case is being awarded suitably.

Ø Fake Friendship Club and Fake Massage Training Centre busted in Delhi
Ø 18 persons arrested including 16 women
Ø The racketeers exploited human frailties for the successful operation of the racket.
Ø 24 bank accounts in 9 Banks opened on forged documents.
Ø 1 laptop, 30 mobile phones, 16 registers, 1 diary, 24 Debit Cards, 3 Forged Voter ID Cards, 1 Forged Driving Licence and 1 Forged Pan Card seized.

A team of officers of Crime Branch led by Inspr. Arti Sharma and consisting of SI Sharat Kohli, ASI Suresh Kumar, ASI. Hem Karan, HC Amit Tomar, HC Rajinder, HC Chand Ram and Ct. Narender, Ct. Dabbu, Ct. Kamal, Ct. Deepak and Ct. Gyaneshwar under the supervision of Addl. DCP Joy Tirkey have busted a fake Friendship Club and fake Body Massage Training Centre, operating from Dabri and Uttam Nagar, Delhi. On 23/09/2011, the premises from which they were operating were raided and 2 men and 16 women were apprehended. The two men were identified as i) Surender (aged 28 years) s/o Ram Swaroop r/o Govindpuram, Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad, U.P. and ii) Nitesh Kumar (aged 24 years) Harender Sharma r/o Janta Flats, Janakpuri, Delhi. The women all belong to age group of 18 to 28 years. The gang duped clients all over Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand by promising them that they would be in contact with willing women who would be their friends and also they would provide ‘clients’ for body massage after they have been trained in body massage by a lady masseur.
Information was received by HC Amit Tomar that a fake Friendship Club and fake Body Massage Training Centre was operating from the area of Dabri and Uttam Nagar, Delhi since the last six months. The racketeers for the Fake Friendship Club and fake Body Massage Training Centre advertised themselves as “VIP Friendship Club”. As regards the massage parlour training centre, they advertised under various names like “Alisha Massage Club”, “International Massage Parlour” and “Enjoy Company”. They advertised in the daily newspapers of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. In the advertisement they gave the telephone numbers on which they could be contacted. The racketeers exploited the human frailties for the successful operation of the racket.
The modus operandi of the fake “VIP Friendship Club”, was that whenever they received a call they told the caller that they would have to get themselves registered and the initial amount was Rs.2500/- to Rs.4,000/-. They provided a bank account to the caller for depositing the money. Once the caller registered himself he was offered three categories of women contacts for being friends. For the first category he had to deposit Rs.8000/-, for the second category Rs. 5000/- and for the third category Rs. 3000/-. Once the amount was deposited in the bank account, the girls that have been apprehended would play the role model of the category for which the money had been deposited. These girls then continued fleecing the caller till he became suspicious. When the caller became suspicious they stopped picking up the phones.
As regards the fake massage parlour training centre, they only entertained male callers and dissuaded female callers. To induce the caller to join the fake massage parlour training centre, they told that they would not only teach him how to become a masseur but also provide him with a list of clients for him to earn money. They told the caller that if he wanted to be a masseur then he would have to register by paying Rs.2,500/-. A bank account was also provided to him to deposit the money. Once this was done, the girls played the role model of a female masseur and told the caller to deposit Rs. 3500/- for the massage kit. Then the caller was again told to deposit Rs. 8000/- for the lady trainer that would teach him how to become a masseur and that she would also get the massage kit with her. Once all the money was deposited they would stop taking the calls of the caller.
1 laptop, 30 mobile phones, 16 registers, 1 diary, 24 Debit Cards, 3 Forged Voter ID Cards, 1 Forged Driving Licence and 1 Forged Pan Card have been seized.
The racketeers operated 24 bank accounts in 9 banks. All the bank accounts have been opened on fake documents. All the bank accounts are being scrutinized. They operated from 2 premises in the area of Dabri and Uttam Nagar, Delhi. For both the premises they paid rent Rs.8000/- each. The average earning per day was to the tune of Rs. 50,000/.
