MEMBERSHIP FEE IS $75.00 PER CONTESTANT-MUST BE PAID TO RECEIVE POINTS
To be eligible for finals: $75.00 Membership dues
$100.00 Honorary dues(Raffle Tickets) due 5th rodeo weekend
Participate in a minimum of at least 10 rodeos
Place in top 15 at regular seasons end in qualified event(s)
All dues are non-refundable-if requirements are not met on specified due dates, all accumulated points will be dropped. There will be NO exceptions and NO extensions of payment deadlines. Previous years paperwork is not automatically carried over, must furnish with new season, this is parents responsibility.
Waiver: I hereby release and hold harmless the Mid-South Youth Rodeo Cowboys Association (MRCA), all personnel, sponsors, Board of Directors, Officers, and arena owners/operators from any and all claims and liability which may result in personal or property damage. I understand that the contestant named above is participating at his/her own risk. I also certify that the age and date of birth of above named child is correct. Also, as a parent, volunteer, director, or spectator hereby release the MRCA from any and all claims and liability which may result in personal or property damage.
