The Sutton Company is a commercial real estate development firm in Austin, Texas. They needed someone to help design equity booklets for their real estate properties. These booklets contain a lot of information such as demographics on surrounding companies, neighborhoods, apartment buildings and economic information on the cities that can date back for decades. It’s very complex information that needs to be condensed and laid out in a way where the reader doesn’t get bored or overwhelmed. With my booklet designs, The Sutton Company has been able to get more investor interest and ultimately achieve targets to sell more commercial properties.
