3.1.Survey on the structure of agricultural holdings
3.1.1. New approaches for FSS post 2013(Doc. CPSA/666)
Eurostat will present the outcome of discussions related to the elaboration of a new Regulation covering the system of farm surveys post 2013.
3.1.2. State of work ongoing census 2009/2010 and preparation FSS 2013(Doc. CPSA/667)
Eurostat will report on the state of the reference legal acts as well as the follow-up of discussions which took place in the Working Group FSS on 18-19 September 2012. Concerning the on-going implementation of the agricultural census 2009/2010 and SAPM.Eurostat will inform onthe ongoing validation work of the received FSS data, the dissemination of the available data as well on the preparation of the sample survey 2013
3.2.Seminar November 2012 and follow up action plans(Doc. CPSA/668)
Eurostat will report on follow up actions from previous seminars. The CPSA will discuss the outcome of the seminar held on 5-6 November 2012 and discuss actions emerged from main issues raised in the seminar.
3.3.Launch TF on linkage administrative data, FADN with statistics(Doc. CPSA/669)
The outcome of the investigations (internal discussions in Commission, Task force) on link between administrative data (i.e. IACS) as well as FADN with statistics will be reported to the group.
3.4.Progress report on land rents and prices(Doc. CPSA/6670
Eurostat will report on the progress made with regards to data collection on land rents and prices as well as the implementation of pilot studies recently launched through co-financing actions.
3.5.Land use and Land cover statistics (Doc. CPSA/671)
Eurostat will brief on the current status of the implementation of the Lucas survey 2012, the outcome of the discussions in the Advisory Group held on 16 October 2012 and the use of Lucas micro data in the frame of GISCO (Geographical Information System for the Commission) and the launch of grants concerning co-operation with the Member States
3.6.Timeliness and compliance assessment (Doc. CPSA/672)
Eurostat will present the progress made since the last CPSA meeting on Member States' compliance with EU legislation and gentlemen's agreements on agricultural and fisheries statistics.
3.7.Agricultural statistics work programme(Doc. CPSA/673)
Eurostat will present the outline for future developments in agricultural and fisheries statistics and major links to other statistical domains(for example environment, forestry, organic farming,energy transport, etc) - priority status and legislation advancement

Eurostat will report on the progress on work concerning "Farm data needed for Agro-environmental reporting".
4.2.2. The agro-environmental indicators and related policy areas(Doc. CPSA/676)
Presentation and discussion of the latest agro-environmental policy developments and implementation issues. New statistical demands from the Europe 2020 and green growth initiatives, the sustainable development strategy and the resource efficiency roadmap, as well as from the preparations for the Rio+20conference will be presented.
4.3.New needs following the recommendations of the High Level Expert Group (HLG) and inventory on agricultural data flows

Outcome of the launched consultation on new milk statistics as decided in the last CPSA meetings.

Eurostat will report on the data flows identified regarding statistics on meat and agricultural prices statistics.
4.4.Financial decision 2013
The CPSA will be informed on the plans for financing of cooperation between Commission and Member States in agricultural domain.

Feedback from the last ESSC meeting (24-26 September 2012) and theagenda of Dimesa meeting 20 November 2012 will be presented. The state of the started streamlining exercise for legislation related to agriculture and fisheries will be explained.
