These posts have been designated by CAWH as requiring disclosure through the Criminal Records Bureau, in accordance with the Police Act 1997. As a result, these positionsare exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act, and therefore, all convictions (spent or otherwise) must be disclosed on the Declaration of Criminal Convictions Form. Any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory disclosure. Please note that it is the final decision of CAWH to determine if the contents of the disclosure meet with its requirements.

Please allow plenty of time in view of the Royal Mail postal dispute or use an alternative postal service. The closing date for receipt of completed applications isMonday, 23 November 2009 at 12.00 noon. Late applications will not be considered.

Applicants who are shortlisted for interview will be contacted shortly after the closing date. Applicants who are not contacted should assume that their application has not been successful.

Interviews for those shortlisted will be held on Saturday 28 November 2009.
