2009 POOL OPENING CONTRACT
Please check all necessary fields for an accurate description of your pool. To reserve your pool opening date mail back a copy of your service agreement with a deposit of 50% (minimum.) All prices are for standard systems and pools. All hot tubs and spas will be billed separately. Additional trips and chemicals may be necessary to treat poor water quality; an extra charge may apply.

AMS will schedule your opening as close to your requested date as possible. Due to inclement weather work may be delayed. All work is scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
REMOVE POOL COVER: Remove, clean, fold and store cover on property. MESH COVER: $50
SOLID COVER: $115
SPRING ASSEMBLY: All pool accessories removed during winterization will be reassembled. Water level must be high enough for pool to operate. If water level is found to be too low, AMS will not start-up system. An extra charge will be required for return start-up. POOL: $205
POOL & SPA: $250
SHOCK & BALANCE POOL WATER: AMS will sweep walls & floor, add necessary chemicals to balance pH, hardness and alkalinity and shock pool. $95
Vacuum Pool: AMS will vacuum pool up to 1 hour. Vacuuming to waste may be necessary. $85
EMPTY & CLEAN POOL: AMS will pump down pool and washed with proper chemicals. AMS will not be responsible for damaged caused to the poll shell due to hydrostatic water pressure. Customer will be responsible for turning off water when pool is filled. $900

BALANCE WILL BE NET 30 DAYS UPON COMPLETION.
A finance charge of 2% (24% annually) will be assessed on all monies owed past 30 days. In the case that past due accounts are sought for reimbursement all interest and legal fees will be paid by customers.
