10. Approve the recommendation to award the bus washing bid to Colleen Murphy-Penk for the 2014-15 school year in the amount $6,800 effective January 1, 2015 to May 31, 2015. Bus washing services include moving the maintenance vehicles and mobile medical unit to the wash location and returning them to their respective locations; services will not be done during school hours.

11. Approve the resolution
Whereas the current online payment system, Payschools, will no longer be available as of December 31, 2014 and,
Whereas registration for the new online payment system, K12 PaymentCenter, will be offered in late December, 2014 as an optional means of securely, easily, and conveniently applying funds directly to a student’s account and,
Therefore be it resolved that participation in the K12 PaymentCenter program is not mandatory but is offered as an alternative payment option with a convenience fee of 4.75% added for school related payments of merchandise, apparel, supplies, etc., and/or a $1.95 transaction fee for school meal payments.

Whereas transportation is declared impractical for certain identified students pursuant to the requirements of Ohio Revised Code 3327 and the procedures set forth by the Ohio Department of Education and,
Therefore be it resolved that the resolution follows careful evaluation of all other available options prior to consideration of impracticality in accordance with those factors considered and identified in Ohio Revised Code 3327.01 for the following student:
