REQUIREMENTS:

This dynamic position calls for a capable person who is in possession of:

  • Recognized three-year or more tertiary qualifications in Public Administration/Business/Social Sciences
  • Minimum experience of three (3) years in Middle Management
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Coordination, monitoring and evaluation skills as well as management skills of human and financial resources
  • Computer literacy, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge in meeting management systems and report writing
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline and work extended hours
  • Knowledge of statistics.

DUTIES:

The person will be directly responsible for:-

  • Management of the corporate strategic planning process including coordination, monitoring and evaluation.
  • Alignment of departmental strategic plans with national and provincial sector plans.
  • Management of human and financial resources of the Sub-Directorate.
  • Analysis of data and reports.
  • Management of data.
