- Welcoming speech by the Chief Inspector of the Agricultural and Food Quality Inspection
- Adoption of the programme of the meeting and indication of the presiding officers
- Short presentation of the UNECE Standard for Pork (Porcine) Carcases and Cuts and indication of the matters for revision
- Discussions
13.00 –16.00 Visit of the Meat and Fat Research Institute (IPMiT)
(Warsaw, 4 Jubilerska St.)
- Presentation of the Institutes’ activities

09.00 – 14.00 Technical visit to the Meat Processing Plant “Sokołow” S.A.
(Sokołow Podlaski, 120 km from Warsaw)
- Presentation of the plant
- Practical cutting of carcasses, presentation of various types of carcases and cuts
- Discussion of the UNECE Standard revision concerning carcases and cuts
- Lunch
16 APRIL 2004 FRIDAY
09.00 – 14.00 Meeting in the Agricultural and Food Quality Inspection, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (Warsaw, 30 Wspolna St.)
- Final discussion on the revision of the UNECE Standard
- Summary of the results of the repporteurs work
- Adoption of the report and closing of the meeting
- Lunch
14.00 – 16.00 Sightseeing of the Royal Castle and the Warsaw Old Town - optional
A detailed programme of the meeting will be prepared till the end of February and will be transmitted to the participants of the meeting.
