NOTICE OF TENDER
1.The office of Cantonment Board Loralai invites sealed tenders for the following civil works in the light of PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004.
Costing approximately
2 / Construction of 02 Shops at Bacha Khan Chowk, Loralai Cantt. / (M)3.All contractors are required to submit their applications for issuance of tender documents along with their complete credentials as shown at (Serial 11). The application shall be scrutinized and the tender documents will be issued to the firms who have sufficient experience in the relevant field and satisfy other special conditions required for the job and area. Tenders will only be issued to the registered contractors with Cantt Board Loralai/Zhob. The tender must be received in the accepting office by 11:00 hrs on Wednesday Feb28th, 2018 and will be opened at 1200 hrs on the same date.
4.The tender forms will be available from the office at the cost of Rs. 3000/- and scrutinized contractors have to submit a call deposit of 2% value of total estimate(Rs.186, 000/-) in the name of CEO to participate in tender process.
Note:(a) Contractors shall provide certificate that they are not involved in any type of litigation with Government Department in the Court of Law, if involved, tender form will be denied to such contractors.5.All contractors will certify in writing that they are registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), and will submit a copy of their registration; Contractors not registered, registered but not update with PEC are ineligible to apply.
6.In case tenders are not received or rejected due to any administrative reason, the same shall be received on Thursday March1st, 2018 at 12:00 hrs at the same venue for which no separate notice shall be required.
7.The accepting authority (CEO/Board) reserves the right to accept or reject the tender without assigning any reason; rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(i) of PPRA.
8. The tender form shall be issued to the contractors and their authorized persons only.
9. The Firms quoted 10% below or more rates on MES Sch of Rates 2014 on the firm will have deposit 10% as security out of the total estimate to this office before the execution of work.

10. The tender rates shall be valid till the completion of work and in no case any escalation shall be admissible on any pretext.
11. The interested parties can contact Cantonment Board Loralai as authorized representative for further details from 0800 to 1400 hours on all working days.
