How to place your order:
Fill out the Online Purchase Order Form very carefully and completely. Then Submit your order.
Specify shipping terms or how the products are delivered.
When we receive your Order Form we’ll send you an invoice.
Stock must be paid in full prior to shipment.
If payment is made by a company (or personal) cheque, your order will be shipped after the cheque is cleared (usually 2-3 business days).
Errors or shortages must be reported immediately on receipt of goods.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you a refund or provide you with store credit. (Customers will have topay for shipping and handling of returned items.) Returns are ONLY accepted within7 days of the shipped date.
Due to the operational nature of our business, customers are not able to pick up their orders. All ordersmust be delivered using our extensive courier network. This is a safety precaution so that customers are kept safe from any operating machinery.
We are unable to deliver to a PO Box. You must supply a proper Australian delivery address in order to receive our products.
Bulk pricing allows us to offer discounts when customers buy certain quantities of a particular product.
