MINIMUM AGE FOR CLASS 67 – 8 YEARS OLD ON DAY OF COMPETITION

Entry fee £10 per competition, £25 for all three if paid by 1st January 2016

Maximum payable £70 per family - Excluding Class 9 - Adults - £10 for ALLcompetitors. Cheques payable to “Area 18 Tetrathlon Committee”

The February Competition will also be a qualifier for the

PONY CLUB WINTER TRIATHLON FINAL

to be held at MILTON KEYNES on SUNDAY 19th MARCH 2017

The two highest placed Area 18 members in each class will qualify.

**Open boys will run 2000m for the qualifier in February**

The competition will be run in accordance with the
Pony Club Rules for Tetrathlon 2017

If possible the run phase will be run in groups as per championships format.

ROSETTES 1st - 6th & best swim, shoot and run in all classes.

Rosette for highest placed Centre member in each class

Prize to the competitor from Area 18 with the highest accumulated score over all three competitions in each class.

Trophy to Area 18 Senior Boy & Senior Girl with highest score at any one competition.

Light Refreshments will be available

All competitors who enter Triathlons / Tetrathlons are required to have a minimum of 3 practice shooting sessions before their first competition.

This rule applies to the adults class too!

Loaders should be 18 or over and competent.NO GUNS TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED AT ANY TIME. No-one under the age of 18 may carry a gun in a public place. Guns must be kept in their cases until the Firing Point Steward gives the order to “unbox” them at the start of a detail, and must be “boxed” again before the competitor leaves the firing point.

Photographic rights – competitors and their guardians hereby give permission for any photographic and/or film or TV footage taken of persons or horses/ponies taking part in Pony Club events to be used and published in any media whatsoever for editorial purposes, press information or advertising by or on behalf of the Pony Club and/or official sponsors of the Pony Club
