RATIONALE FOR THE POSITION
In accordance with the strategy of the capsules cluster and in order to increase the BU’s sales performance :
  • develop the company’s commercial communication and participate in the product awareness improvement,
  • analyze the external environment (Markettrends and potentials, competition’s structure, prospective client’s profiles) to help the companyincrease an edge in the market,
  • create several sales development support/tools (brochures, mailings…).

Description of the sales territory : California State, Oregon State, Washington State, British Columbia Canada, East Coast, Mexico
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Manage advertising campaign and direct marketing operations(mailing or E-Mailing for example),
  • Coordinate the creation of advertising and promotional materials: brochures, promotional video, client gifts…
  • Find opportunities and develop operations in the field of sponsoring and partnership,
  • Manage tradeshows (organisation, participation and company representation)
  • Manage Market studies(US and Canada),
  • Develop relationships withPR and media companies (research consultants),
  • Manage the communication between the company and the headquarter’s marketing department in Paris
  • Monthly reporting: Marketing Budget Follow-up, Activity analysis
  • Participate in Monthly Sales Meeting
  • Assist sales people to maintain current clients and increase sales – creation and follow-up of a prospective client database (Dashboard, Sales Force.com to come)
  • Organization of employee events (Christmas Party, International Sales meeting)
