Dear Parents/Guardians,
Snack- Your student can bring a snack daily or even bring one to share, we have 24 kids. Healthier snacks like baked chips, pretzels, granola bars, fruit/veggies, and fruit snack are encouraged. If you would like to donate any snacks for the class to share, we will gladly take them. We do have peanut allergies, so please no peanut butter.
BYOT- Bring your own Technology Days will be on Mondays. We no longer have a special that day, so we will use the time to research, play math games online( 1st in Math), and or work on exploratory projects. WE are looking for technology that can promote these activities. We will have some days coming up in which we will have some free choice activities, but not on Mondays.
FEBRUARY 11th- All parents, family members, and friends are invited to attend our kick off night for Leader in Me. It starts promptly @ 5:30 and families will rotate through different activities together. The night will end with a performance from all students. Each grade level is singing a song. We are asking our 3rd graders to wear their teal keep calm and lead on shirt that night!
TAG FIELD TRIP- Permission slip going home today. The theater is asking for a deposit now, so if at all possible- PLEASE return PERMISSION SLIP and ANY DONATIONS ASAP- we need a count by Friday so Mrs. Adams can make a deposit! Thanks for your cooperation in this rush! J
