The South Dakota Optometric Society cordially invites you to exhibit and/or sponsor at the 2018 Spring Convention. The convention will be held April 12-13, atArrowwood Resort (formerly Cedar Shore) at Oacoma,South Dakota. We are providing 14hours of continuing education for ODs and 6 hours for paraoptometric assistants, so we expect a large attendance.

SDOS also offers exhibit space and many sponsorship opportunities to vendors:

CONVENTION MAIN SPONSOR PACKAGE $1,000.00

  • Sign at registration table on Thursday and Friday

  • Coffee station located in OD lecture room. Refreshed all day, Thursday and Friday.

EXHIBIT HALL $425.00

  • One Exhibit booth for exhibit hours (7 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. on Friday, April 13.
  • SDOS provides registrants game cards to drive exhibit hall traffic.
  • Includes breakfast and lunch with registrants.

HOSPITALITY ROOM (Thursday night only)

  • Limited to first four to contact SDOS
  • Sign at registration table on Thursday.
  • Microphone mention prior to seminars.
  • Room, food and beverage to be negotiated by you with hotel.

The guest room rate for the convention is $95.95. Make sure you ask for the S.D. Optometric Society room block. Call Cedar Shore Resort at 605-734-6376 to make your room reservations. The room block is held until March 11, 2018.
