Dear Parents, Countdown Days
Believe it or not the school year is coming to an end! Everyone has worked very hard during the past year and we are going to celebrate by counting down the last days of school. During the last 26 days of school, we will be participating in an ABC Countdown to summer. Each school day will have a different activity depending on the letter that day. Your child may need to bring certain items to school on various days. Below you will find a schedule for our ABC Countdown. Thanks for your help in making these last 26 days special!

5/2- Tuesday / / Hat Day / Students will wear hats. Please wear your favorite hat today! The Kindergarteners will be on a field trip that day.

5/5- Friday / / Kindness Day / Students will practice being kind.
5/8- Monday / / Letter Day / Students will practice writing a letter.
5/9-Tuesday / / Mismatch Day / Students will wear mismatched clothes.
5/10-Wednesday / / News Day / Students will bring an article from home about a current event.
5/11-Thursday / / Outside Day / Students will enjoy extra outside time! Weather permitting.
5/12-Friday / / Pajama Day / Students will wear their favorite pair of pajamas.
5/15- Monday / / Quiz Day / Students will have fun taking an end of the year quiz.
5/16-Tuesday / / Reading Day / Students will be reading an article today. The 4th graders will be gone to Pinedale.
5/17-Wednesday / / Stuffed Animal Day / Students can bring their favorite stuffed animal to school!
NO blankets or Gigantic Stuffed Animals please!
5/18-Thursday / / Truman Day / Students will wear their Wellness Day shirts today to show their Truman pride!
5/19-Friday / / Uplifting Day / Students will give uplifting compliments today.
5/22-Monday / / Video Day / Students will watch a video.
5/23-Tuesday / / Wild West Day / Students will dress up in their western attire.
5/24-Wednesday / / X-Change Autographs Day / Students will trade signatures/autographs in class.
5/25-Thursday / / Year End Clearance Day / Students will help clean out the classroom.
5/26-Friday / / Zip Up & Zoom Day / Students will zip up their book bags and zoom out of school on the last day.
