Dear Belmont Greene Condominium Resident,

This letter is to notify you that beginning July 11ththe BGCA will be undertaking re-roofing of all the condominium buildings in the community. The BGCA has engaged a contractor to perform this work who will be on the property beginning July 11th, 2016(weather permitting).

This project will include the removal and replacement of: all old roofing shingles and underlayment materials as well as vent caps. All satellite dishes and antennas which have not been removed or moved to an acceptable location per the bylaws by the owners of said units will be removed and discarded as debris and removed from the property.

To reiterate ANY and ALL satellite dishes will be removed from the roofs during this re-roofing project, so if you still have a satellite dish or antenna on the roof of the building you live in and are actively using it for services then it must be moved to a non common area as outlined in the bylaws and the SATELLITE DISH and EXTERIOR ANTENNA INSTALLATION AND PLACEMENT POLICY. As a reminder no antenna or satellite dish of any size or kind may be placed or installed on or within the common elements (such as, without limitation, open grassy areas, roofs or exterior walls). This project is being broken up into 3 phases and will take 3 years for full completion with 1 phase per year being undertaken. The phases have been created based on the building phases when the complex was originally built and follows the exact same order.

The phases are outlined below:

The contractor will be using flatbed trucks to remove waste. These trucks will be moving around the buildings to get as directly near where work is being performed as possible. This is to avoid the use of one location or tying up traffic any more than absolutely necessary. However, there may be parking disruptions or some inconveniences experienced while the work is being performed.
