Experience Summary(Total Experience 08 Years)

PRESENT EMPLOYMENT (JULY 2008 to TILL DATE)

Currently I am working in Fatima Fertilizer Project as a PLANT OPAERTOR. I took part as a process representative in the Erection, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioningand start up activities.

Gas turbine (GE NOUVO PIGNONE) with control system of MARK VI (speedtronic) having capacity 52 MW.

Heat recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) 75Tons/Hr.

Emergency diesel generator 2.5 MW (caterpillar)

Now I am working on Gas turbine control room.

N2 GAS LIQUIFICATION (CRYOGENIC PROCESS)

This unit is designed by Linde (UK). It recovers 600 NM3/Hr pure Nitrogen by the applicationof Cryogenic Process. This unit is designed at 10 kg/cm2 g. Operating temperature is -192˚C Units include Cold Box, J-T Valves & Cryogenic Exchangers also TURBO EXPENDER.

PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT (2002 TO 2008) OIL & GAS

T.E. G ( DEHYDRATION )

Triethylene Glycol (TEG) is being used to decrease the dew point of Natural Gas and Scavenger to reduce H2S from 40 PPM to 14 PPM .consist of these equipments. Inlet Separator, Contact Tower/Absorber Glycol Separator, Reboiler, exchanger, surge tank, kimray Pumps and Carbon Filter.

AMINE UNIT

(MDEA) for removal of H2S Consist of this Equipment:-

Amine Absorber, Flash Drum, Amine Reboiler, Amine Stripper.

Amine Exchanger Amine Cooler, Charcoal filter.

CONDENSATE STABILIZATION

Condensate from slug cature separate in this section equipped with fallowing unit.

Gas condensate water separator, flash Tank, CPI System, produce Water Tank, sand Filter, and storage tanks for condensate.

PROPANE GAS COMPRESSION UNIT

It Consist of following units:-

Three Waukesha gas Engine having capacity 735KW each for driven screw Compressor. Used for the compression of Propane refrigerant.Sundyne Compressor, Lube Oil System, Condenser, Evaporator, Fin fan Coolers with variable Frequency driven motors.

MEMGUARD ADSORPTION (GAS DE-HYDRATION ) UOP

Memguard contain MG5 Alumina silicate solid desiccants (UOP)

05 vessels of molecular sieves absorbers’ with PLC based regeneration change overstep (TSA).

This section is also removed higher hydrocarbon and water contaminant form methane gas.

Adsorber design pressure 900PSI &design temperature 400 C.

GAS TURBINES

Two Gas Turbine of 10MW each used for driving 4 Stages Permeate Compressor Horizontal and Vertical Casing Type Centrifugal Compressor.

Compressor (Nuovo Pig none) Equipped with Modern PLC Control System Suvimic

(II) Micro Apacs Provided by Moore Product Company.

UTILITY SYSTEM

04 Caterpillar Engines drive power generators each capacity of 1030KVA.

Instrument Air Compressors: (Reciprocating and Rotary type)

Fire Water System: (Cooling Tower, Nitrogen Package of 40 Scfm)

Fuel Gas System: (Gas Engine and / Diesel Engine).

ENHANCEMENT PROJECT

Capacity Enhancement activities of Qadirpur Gas plant, I took part as process Representative in the Erection, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities withUOP Expert, the New Plant taken from UOP Modern Pretreatment Technology:-

Inlet Separator.

Gas to Gas Exchanger

Filter Coalescer and Chilling system

Memguard Contained by solid decicant (Alumina Silicate).

Particle Filter , Regeneration Gas Cooler

Furnace

Blowers (Sun dyne centrifugal Compressor)

Worked on SCADA system (ABB Company) for well controlling.

Presently Qadirpur Gas Processing Plant world’s biggest plant having latest control system (Modicon PLC and HMI).Qadirpur Gas Purification plant using the Membrane Technology, Having the Capacity of 600 MMSCFD.
