1. Apologies

1. Minutes from previous meeting

Approved by YM and seconded by CS

1. Matters arising

Bus Shelter @ Balmenach:- YS to continue to work with distillery and HC to have this completed. Funding confirmed by distillery and hoped HC to fill gap in funding.

1. Police update

None received

1. Treasurers report

Current account holds £120.71 Deposit account holds £180.63 it was agreed deposit account funds to be transferred to current account. Funds are still held by CC on behalf of the CACDT.

1. Fun Day

Planning still ongoing by CS & SC with G250 and entry to the Mountain bike event has been slow with only 11 entries.

CC won’t be having a stall on the day due to lack of manpower

1. Pavilion

Deeds have still not been signed over to trust and are ongoing its hoped to have this completed and transferred for next cc meeting 1st July 15.

CS to work with SM to issue bill for usage to football clubs.

1. Manhole covers

Repairs are underway and Bear Scotlandhave the issue in hand, CC members to continue to monitor this.

Site meeting still to be confirmed with locals to look at the options of the new foot bridge.

Ongoing JD to continue to chase

1. Play Park upgrade

CS to speak with Iain Reid to come up with plan for development of play park, this then needs to be costed and funding sourced for this. Costs are likely to be in the region of £15500. CC will be required to work with CACDT and HC to have this completed.

1. Christmas Tree and Lights

SM & YS to have a meeting to look at the number new lights required. Details for next meeting.

CS to look into siting of new Xmas tree in the car park by Pavilion.

JD to assist CS with contact for Richard P when a confirmed site for new tree has been found.

1. Advie Hall polling station

JD to continue to work with HC to have the polling station reinstated.

TM to continue to track deeds for Advie hall.

1. Noticeboards

New notice boards to be installed at Advie Hall and Cromdale Square once costs approved and funding found. SM to provide quotes.

1. Windfarms and applications for funding

None received

Application requested from TM – CS to email.

1. Battle of Cromdale brochure/painting

DG to find out about selling painting locally.Reserve to be set at £500.

JD to speak with Bill.Ideas for selling? Ongoing

1. Service Point

JD is still campaigning to support this service

1. Parking issues at Cromdale

JD working on plan with residents to improve area for residents. Ongoing

1. AOCB

Adopt a Phone box – SM requires phone numbers for phone boxes to proceed with this although the phone would be removed, it’s advisable to consult with communities before a decision made. SM to use social media.

Stone damage to window at Advie hall– TM to follow up with HC. JD to assist if needed.

Carbon Clever – JD to provide more information once details of scheme known.

Advie Grave Stones - TM to look at logging grave stones information in Advie cemetery, possible to make into a book for sale similar to the Knockando book.
