Description: A platform that allows the employer to fund employee HSAs via ACH and allow the bank to electronically pull the contributions from the employer's bank account based on the schedule set within the portal. This platform is part of the BCBSRI HSA Employer Portal located at WealthCareAdmin.com.

Direct Deposits via Payroll Provider
Description: Using your payroll provider, you can fund your employee’s HSAs directly with UMB. All you will need is UMB’s routing number 101000695 and the employee HSA Product Partner Account Numbers that are being funded.

Description: Option allows employers to wire HSA contributions for your members directly to UMB Bank. Before transfer funds, you must complete the HSA Wire Contribution Chart and email to London Health, BCBSRI HSA administrator, at . After your chart is emailed to London Health, you can wire the lump-sum amount to UMB Bank at:

Paper Check Deposits
Description: For groups of 20 or less, employer contributions can be sent toUMBusing a paper check and a corresponding paper list of contributions using UMB’scontribution template. A single check is required for each contribution template and each template can contain no more than 20 entries.
Send a printed version of the contribution template with a check for the grand total amount of the contributions via U.S. Mail to:UMB Bank Contributions, PO Box 874264, Kansas City, MO 64187-4264
Failure to submit contribution checks in the exact amount of the contribution list will result in contributions being delayed and put ON HOLD.
