  1. The Decision of WWE and Muscular Dystrophy Campaign (MDC) in judging nominations is final.
  2. Entry to WWE Community Champions is available to residents of the United Kingdom only which comprises of Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
  3. WWE and MDC reserve the right to use names and images of Community Championsin printed and online publicity. WWE and MDC reserve the right to select an alternative community champion if first choice requests no publicity.
  4. Nominations must be made through a third party. Individuals may not nominate themselves.
  5. WWE and MDC may exercise its sole discretion to use and/or license the use of the Community Champions(and (if applicable) their companion's) name, address, and image and their comments relating to the community champions for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid.
  6. WWE may amend the rewards available without prior notice.
  7. Rewards are available in 10 regions (Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales, North West England, North East England, Yorkshire, Midlands, South East, South West and London), however, there may not be Community Championsin all regions if a suitable number or calibre of nominations are not received (at WWE and MDC’s sole discretion).
  8. The selected 10 WWE Community Champions will each receive by registered post:

-A pair of tickets to the WrestleMania Revenge tour in the UK – April 2011.

-A WWE ReplicaTitle belt

-A WWE t- shirt

-A ccertificate of recognition,

-All stories of achievement told on wwe.com

  1. The national WWE Community Champion will receive a Meet and Greet with a WWE Superstar in addition to the above rewards.
  2. WWE will select the Superstar for the Meet and Greet and their decision is final.
  3. WWE will make every effort to offer WWE eventtickets close to the Community Champion’s location but can not guarantee that this will always be possible.
  4. WWE and MDC will not provide transport, or travel expenses, to attend WWE shows and if the Community Champion is under 18 they must be accompanied by an adult.
  5. Rewards are non transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  6. WWE are not responsible for lost or damaged entries
  7. The openingdate is the18thFebruary 2011 and closing date for nominations will be 5pm on 18th March 2011. Any entries received before the opening and after the closing of the competition will be invalid and will not be entered into the competition.
  8. Nominations should be received by the MDC by post to 61 Southwark Street, London SE1 0HL or electronically by email to . Nominations should include the name and contact details (address and telephone number) of both the nominees, the person being nominated and a description of the activity undertaken and who has benefited from the activity.
  9. Nominations must be a maximum of 250 words justifying qualification.

  11. All activity must have occurred within the last 2 years.
  12. All the Community Champions will be selected and notified as soon as reasonably practicable after31stMarch 2011. Community Champions will be notified by telephone, email or post (at MDC’s discretion) so that arrangements can be made for posting of awards.
  13. The MDC is the promoter of WWE Community Champions.
  14. Information and data provided in the nomination will be held and used by MDC in order to administer the WWE Community Champions programme.
  15. WWE and MDC may amend the WWE Community Champion terms and conditions without prior notice.
  16. All entrants will be treated in accordance with MDCs privacy policy set out at
