□I live or own a business/nonprofit in the neighborhoods of English Avenue orVine Citywithin the borders of Joseph E. Lowry Boulevard NW, Jefferson Street NW, West Marietta Street NW, Marietta Street NW, Northside Drive, and MLK Jr. Drive; or in the portion of Castleberry Hill between Northside Drive SW, MLK Jr. Drive, Peters Street, Ted Turner Drive SW & Mitchell Street SW.
□ I own a commercial and/or multi-family property that I want to redevelop in English Avenue orVine City, within the borders of Joseph E. Lowry Boulevard NW, Jefferson Street NW, West Marietta Street NW, Marietta Street NW, Northside Drive, and MLK Jr. Drive; or in the portion of Castleberry Hill between Northside Drive SW, MLK Jr. Drive, Peters Street, Ted Turner Drive SW & Mitchell Street SW.

□ I already have or intend to secure financing for my redevelopment project located within the boundaries listed above through the training provided in this programby December 31, 2018; and

III. PROJECT INFORMATION

Please provide a brief description of your vision for the redevelopment of your property, such as what the property will be used for, as well as the extent of the redevelopment and estimated costs.
- SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION
Please include copies of the following documents with your completed application:
- Site control of your property, i.e. deed or lease or other proof of ownership
- If you are a resident of the Westside TAD (per the boundaries listed above), proof of your residency, such as a lease, deed, or current utility bill. If you are a business/nonprofit owner, proof of your operations in the TAD, such as a lease, deed or current utility bill.
- APPLICATION DEADLINE & FEE
The application must be received by Invest Atlanta by 3:00 pm on Friday, October 20. No exceptions will be made to this deadline, as the first training session is Thursday October 26 at 4pm.
Please enclose your payment of $100 for a refundable program application fee in the form of a personal check, bank certified check, traveler’s check or money order made out to Invest Atlanta. The check will be held until the program has concluded in April 2018 and will only be deposited by Invest Atlanta if you do notsuccessfully complete the program by attending all training sessions listed above.
