Dear Friends of Twelfth Street Heritage Dev Corp,
Get ready for some fun as the Twelfth Street Heritage Development Corporation presents its 2nd Annual Casino Night/Auction. The event will be held on March 24th, 2012 at the Kansas City Downtown Marriott/Muehlbach Hotel 200 West 12th Street. Festivities will begin at 6:30 with a hors d’oeuvre reception, followed by silent auction and specialty raffles and casino games. Last year’s event was a tremendous success. This is one of our largest events of the year and we hope it will be as successful as it was last year.
The Twelfth Street Heritage Development Corporation was formed in 1984 by a group of citizens responding to the leadership of businessman Ollie Gates and Bishop James Tindall. Our mission is to provide quality, stable and affordable housing through real estate development, new construction and rehabilitation and to improve the quality of life of its residents. Our vision for the neighborhood is quality housing where residents walk the streets and the parks with a feeling of safety, and where involved citizens chart their own destiny.
The money raised will be used to answer the needs and advance the potential of the people we serve.
We invite you to participate this year by sponsoring a portion of the event or by donating an item or gift certificate for the Auction which takes place during the event. Donations/sponsorships are requested by March 7th 2012.
A Sponsorship Opportunities form and an Auction Contribution form are attached for your convenience. Twelfth Street Heritage is a tax-exempt charitable organization. Donations to our Agency are deductible consistent with IRS regulations.
