Adoption of minutes and memorialization of resolutions

Deminimus Change to an Approved Site Plan - On May 14, 2009, the Planning Board granted final approvals to Better Community Housing of Trenton to construct 20 new town homes fronting on E. State Street with 30 off-street parking spaces and associated improvements. Location of Development: 879 – 939 East State Street. The applicant is seeking a minor change to the approved site plan to include moving a curb line to allow existing utility poles to stay in place. Minor change to utility and grading plan. (Postponed from 2/25/2010)

Pursuant to a request by Trenton City Council (Resolution 10 44) – set two special meeting dates to hear and re-examine a portion of the Trenton Station and Roebling Gateway Redevelopment Areas and make a determination if the areas are "areas in need of redevelopment” pursuant to State Redevelopment Law - , proposed dates for meeting 4/28/2010 and 4/29/2010 (if a second meeting is needed)
