Proceeds from the Holiday Village Bazaar help support the La Center Music programs. We hope to see you in December!
Terms & Conditions:
- Please locate your table before unloading merchandise. A location map will be posted the day of Bazaar.
- Tables must remain open until closing time at 4 p.m. Please supply a table cover.
- Money for change is the responsibility of the vendor.
- Collection and reporting of state and federal taxes is the responsibility of each vendor.
- The Holiday Bazaar features handmade or personalized items. The sale of commercial products purchased for resale is discouraged.
- Nails, tacks, or other means of wall attachments are not allowed. All display items must be freestanding and are required to fit within your space.
- Damage to school property is the responsibility of the vendors and workers at the space and must be resolved within one week of the Bazaar.
- The La Center Music Association is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of any articles belonging to table renters and/or workers.
- We reserve the right to deny rental of a space if merchandise is not keeping with Bazaar standards. A list of items to be sold will be required prior to acceptance.
- The Bazaar Committee reserves the right to remove Items not previously listed.
- SW Washington Health District requires that all foods sold to the public be prepared in state approved kitchens. If you will be selling food items, a valid health permit must be on display the day of the bazaar at your space location, please contact them before you make your reservations. A Health permit may not be required for non-profits, however, non-profit ID # must be provided. The La Center Music Association assumes no responsibility for food sold at the Bazaar.
- Vendors will not be permitted to park in general parking. Each vendor will be provided one (1) parking pass for designated vendor parking area. Additional vendor vehicles may park at the parking lot below the high school (across from the park) or at the middle school.. All vendor vehicles must be out of the driveway and/or immediate parking lots by 8:45 AM.
Directions to the HolidayVillage Bazaar:
Take I-5 to exit #16. Turn east at the stop sign onto La Center Road. Follow La Center Road across bridge to E. 4th St. Turn right on 4th St. Follow 4th St. east past the La CenterSchool District reader board. Turn left at Highland Road and travel approximately 1/4 mile to the High School Campus.
