2018Grant Process & Application Form

Mission Statement: The Mission of the Outreach Grants Committee is to award grants annually to charitable organizations, 501(c)(3) or equivalent, primarily within the geographic boundaries of the Diocese of Pennsylvania. We award grants to those organizations and programs that seek to improve the lives of those

living in poverty.

In awarding grants, we will give priority to organizations that:

• Provide for immediate relief of a critical need (safety net) for those living in poverty or
• Support programs/services enabling transition from poverty to economic independence and self-sufficiency
• Currently have Redeemer volunteers either providing direct services to clients or serving the organization at the Board/Committee/Administrative level or there is a realistic possibility of Redeemer volunteers in the immediate future
• Have a relationship with the Episcopal Church

The Outreach Grants Committee consists of 13 Redeemer parishioners. Grant proposals will be evaluated according to how well they meet the Grant Committee’s priorities.For applicants who received grants in 2017, the Year-End Report will be incorporated into the application.
