3. General Terms and Conditions

3.1The name of the insuredin the aforementioned insurance policies will be extended to include the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality and its employees in respect of their liability for an act or omission of the insured, as if the TelAviv-YafoMunicipality's insurances had been drawn up separately. Notwithstanding the above, this will not impose any obligation on the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality with respect to the payment of the premium pursuant to the terms of the insurance policies.

3.2Any section of the insurance policies (shouldone exist) that requisitions or reduces or limits in any way the insurer's liability if another policy exists, shall not be activated with respect to the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality.

The insurance pursuant to the insurance policies is "primary insurance" that conferson the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality the full indemnification to which it is entitled under its terms, without the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality and the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality's insurers being required to participate in the coverage of damage or liability that are covered under the aforementioned insurance policies.

3.3The third party insurance policy will include a cross liability clause.

3.4Null and void – any exception pertaining to cranes, elevators, gear for lifting, loading and unloading vehicles (exclusive of the liability pursuant to the law governing compensation to traffic accident casualties), fire, explosions, vapors, floods, panic, poisoning or foreign objects in food or beverages, sudden pollution, contractors, subcontractors and their employees, work performed by legally employed minors, animals, bicycles and property belonging to the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality.

3.5The insurance policies contain an explicit clause according to which they cannot be cancelled and the coverage pursuant to them cannot be limited unless advance notice thereof in writing has been given to the TelAviv-YafoMunicipality 60 days prior to the date on which the aforementioned policy cancellation or limitation goes into effect.

3.6The above-cited coverages are subject to the terms of the original insurance policies that are specified above, and in the case of any discrepancy or contradiction, the contents of this certificate shall prevail.
