Please complete fully and return to the Membership Secretary (Lyn Swan, 29 Troubridge Avenue,Kilbarchan, Renfrewshire, PA10 2AU) or any other committee member. Forms must be returned by March 31st 2016 otherwise access to club equipment may be restricted.

Please also include your respective cheque (made payable to CSRC) in payment of your fee. Castle Semple Rowing Club is run entirely by volunteers. All club members are expected to contribute to the running of the club e.g. cleaning (first weekend of every month), regatta support, boat loading and maintenance days.

I apply for membership and agree to abide by the Constitution and Rules of the Club.

I confirm that I can swim 50 meters in light clothing and that I am of good health and know of no reason why I should not row/train.

I agree to follow the Scottish Rowing Water Safety Code and all Club Safety Guidelines.
