PROOF OF AGE must accompany new membership application.Returning members proof of age are kept on file.
DUES: $75.00 for the first five family members (add $10.00 for each additional member living in the same household).

CTJRA RULEBOOK WILL BE USED

YEAR-END AWARD REQUREMENTS:

1)SPONSOR FEE: Each member must raise a minimum of $50/member or $150/family by June 11TH (2017 Points Only Rodeo) to be eligible for year-end awards.

2)RAFFLE TICKETS: Each member must sell 10 raffle tickets to be eligible for year-end awards. Each member who sells more than 15 raffle tickets does not need to raise the Sponsor Fee listed above. Proceeds are due on June 11, 2017 (2017 Points Only Rodeo).

3)VOLUNTEER HOURS: Each member must volunteer at one of CTJRA’s fundraisers in order to be eligible for year-end awards.

FOR POINTS TO COUNT FOR ANY RODEO, THIS APPLICATION NEEDS TO BE RECEIVED PRIOR

TO THE GRAND ENTRY ON THE FIRST DAY OF THAT RODEO

I, the undersigned, fully understand the official rules, and being the parent/guardian of the above named participants(s), do hereby give my permission for him/her to enter and compete in all the rodeo events sanctioned by the Caribou Trail Junior Rodeo Association for said child’s appropriate age group for the calendar year 2017. I hereby release and hold harmless the Caribou Trail Junior Rodeo Association, individual rodeo committees and members, and stock contractors from any and all claims whatsoever that may arise from personal injury, property damage, or medical expenses resulting from my minor child participating in or en route to or from a Caribou Trail Junior Rodeo sanctioned rodeo or event.
