Graduate students are invited to present a poster presentation!

Submission Process:
- Complete the attached application.
- Include a resume for each presenter (required).
- Email applications no later than 5:00 pm onFebruary 15, 2016to:

- A confirmation e-mail will be sent within one weekto verify receipt. If you do not receive one after one week, please re-submit.
- By submitting a proposal, you are committing to making yourself available for theconference, if accepted.
Presenter Benefits:
- Graduate Student Poster Presenters (no more than 2 studentsper poster) will receivea $30registration refund at the time of conference check-in.

CALL FOR POSTER PRESENTATION PROPOSALS
Posters should highlight student knowledge and skills with regard to topics applicable to the theme:
Peace and Compassion through Counseling
Consult with your program advisor at your university for additional guidance.
Proposals implying advanced practitioner knowledge should be accompanied by a discussion of presenter qualifications related to the topic.
It is critical that all sections of the proposal be completed clearly and thoroughly. The attached application must be submitted to the conference co-chairs. All proposals will be refereed by the conference committee.
Individualswith accepted posters will receive subsequent information with specific instructions including poster size and layout, as well as the scheduled time of their poster presentation. Due to limited space, it is impossible for the committee to accept all proposals.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Early set-up of poster (7:00am arrival)
- Attendance required for the duration of the conference
- Presence may be required at a specified break time to stand next to your presentation to interact with attendees and answer questions. This will not interfere with attendance to sessions.
