NOAA'sNationalSeaGrantCollegeProgramexiststoincreasetheunderstanding,assessment,development, utilization,and conservationoftheNation'socean,coastal,and GreatLakesresources.Itdoesthisby providinggrantmoniestopromoteastrongeducationalbase, responsiveresearch,and training.The
informationrequestedonthisformisrequiredinordertobe consideredforan awardundertheauthorityofthe NationalSeaGrantCollegeAct,asamended.The ProjectSummaryprovidesinformationontheprojectstatus (forcontinuingprojectsapplyingforadditionalfunding),theinvestigatorsandtheirlevelof effort,the objectivesandmethodologyof theproject,andsimilarsummaryinformation.Theinformationrequestedmay be disclosedtoqualifiedreviewersand staffassistantsaspartoftheapplicationreviewprocess;toapplicant institutions/granteestoprovideorobtaindataregardingtheapplicationreviewprocess,awarddecisions,orthe administrationofawards;togovernmentcontractors,experts,volunteersand researchersasnecessaryto completeassignedwork;toothergovernmentagenciesneedinginformationaspartofthereviewprocessorin ordertocoordinateprograms;and toanotherFederalagency,courtorpartyinacourtorFederal
