Your Pure Romance Show is officially open! I have reserved the date of for your party. You will be inviting guests to arrive at ______with a presentation start time of ______. I’m really excited to meet your girlfriends – we’re all going to have a blast!
Here are some pointers to make it easier and ensure that you will have a great party, a wonderful time, and of course earn lots of free products!
© Hostesses are the backbone of my business, so I want to take good care of you! Please see the Hostess Rewards Brochure for my incentives (and just a side note – everywhere it says 35% off…make that 50%!)
© Prepare a healthy guest list of 25-40 names and addresses of people that you are going to invite. More women at your show generally translates into more free products for you! Be sure to invite everyone you can think of and encourage them to bring a friend! Keep in mind that not everyone will be able to attend.
© We can do paper invitations, do Facebook/email, or both! To make it easy for my hostesses, I will send your paper invitations for you. Please return your guest list to me via postal mail or email no later than 2 weeks prior to your party. If you are doing an Evite/Facebook invitation, please include me as a guest OR I am happy to set this up for you.
© Be sure to tell everyone that there are no children/minors under 18 (including sweet little babies) or men allowed to be present in the home during our parties! This is our one strict rule. I cannot do a show if men or minors are present - even in another area of the home. Men are welcome to join the party after my presentation during ordering. I often check I.D.s so tell your girls to be prepared!
© Collect orders from those who cannot attend. I have enclosed a couple of catalogs and order forms for you to take outside orders before your show. Let me know if you need more! The more sales you get, the more free dollars you have to go shopping with! Be sure to add sales tax of 7% & $6 for shipping. Checks should be made payable to Kristen Winkler. Guests can also call/email me directly to place orders for your party.
© Remind your guests 2-3 days before your party. People get busy and forget. Making a reminder call almost always guarantees more guests at your show!
© I will need a table for my display and a private room for ordering. This can be a bedroom, office, or any area of the house that is separate from where the party will be.
© I want this to be FUN and EASY for YOU! Consider doing a “Naughty Appetizer Contest” with the guests. If there are at least 5 entries, I’ll give away a prize to the best one! This also gets you off the hook for refreshments J
