Job Description

General

Salary:£22,910 to £24,794 per annum pro rata, dependant on experience (Based on Agenda for Change NHS payscale Band 5 point 19 to Band 6 point 21)

Hours: 21 hours per week

Holidays: 25 days per year (plus statutory bank holidays) (pro rata)

The post will be based at The Relationship Hub, 9 Parkhills Road, Bury BL9 9AU, but with travel across the boroughs of Wigan, Bolton, Bury, Rochdale and Oldham

Overview

The role includes marketing, liaison, support, monitoring and outcomes measurements, training and development, engagement, attendance at meetings and events, and consultation activities.

Objectives and Tasks

  • Establish, develop and/or maintain The Relationship Hub’sonline media
  • As part of the staff team, raise the profile of The Relationship Hub through liaison with stakeholders, members of the public, commissioners and service providers

Identifyevent and meeting opportunities to promote The Relationship Hub

  • Work as part of the team to support the services and activities of The Relationship Hub, including promotion events,
  • Organise a programme of training opportunities directed at service providers across the 5 boroughs
  • Support the Administrative team, including supervision, direction of workload and in house training and support
  • Liaison with partner agencies and organisations to promote The Relationship Hub
  • Publicity and outreach to promote The Relationship Hub
  • Liaise with key public sector bodiesto promote The Relationship Hub’s services and increase awareness of the services
  • When developed, work with the information management system to manage a database of contacts, client details, complaints, monitoring information and bookings; and support Administrative staff through the development and learning phase
  • Develop, collect, collate and analyse monitoring information and outcomes measurements

Personal Development

  • Meet with the line manager for regular supervision
  • Attend appropriate training as agreed with the line manager
  • Attend relevant conferences and events as agreed with the line manager

General

  • Comply with The Relationship Hub’s policies on health and safety, equality & diversity, vulnerable adult and child protection, data protection, confidentiality, etc.
  • Be administratively self-servicing
  • Carry out such other duties as may be deemed necessary by management, by agreement, subject to time and commensurate with salary
  • To be available to work occasional evenings or at weekends if necessary
