Borzoi Versatility Lifetime Achievement Award

The purpose of the Borzoi Versatility Lifetime Achievement Award is to recognize the achievements of Borzoi who compete in three unrelated areas during their lifetime. Entry-level requirements are a minimum of one title in each of the three unrelated areas of:
(1)conformation,
(2)obedience/tracking/agility,
(3)coursing/racing (does not include JC, SC, or MC titles)
DOCUMENTATION: The following are acceptable as documentation for the titles required for the Borzoi Versatility Lifetime Achievement Award.
1) For any AKC titles photocopy of any of the following:
AKC title certificate
“New Title” listing in AKC Awards
Dog's official record provided by the AKC, such as screen print of the “Points & Awards” from the AKC website, Store.
2) For any ASFA titles photocopy of any of the following:
ASFA title certificate
Screen print from the ASFA website listing title of dog
Title report from Field Advisory News
Dog’s trial record listing title of dog provided by ASFA
3) For any NOFCA, NACA, or TCC titles photocopy of any of the following:
Title certificate
“New Title” listing in NOFCA, NACA or TCC official publications
Screen print from the organization’s website listing dog’s title
Dog's trial record listing title provided by NOFCA, NACA, or TCC
4) For any USDAA agility titles photocopy of any of the following:
Title certificate
“New Title” listing in USDAA Report
Title report from USDAA Report
Screen print from USDAA website listing dog’s title
Dog’s trial record listing title provided by USDAA
5) For any Racing titles photocopy of any of the following:
Title certificate
“New Title” listing in NOTRA or LGRA publication
Screen print from the organization’s website listing dog’s title
Dog’s trial record listing title provided by NOTRA or LGRA
APPLICATION: To apply for the Borzoi Versatility Lifetime Achievement Award, the applicant must submit a copy of each title earned in the three unrelated areas plus a BCOA Versatility Lifetime Achievement Award application. All the proper documentation must be submitted at one time to the BCOA Versatility Lifetime Achievement Award record keeper. Incomplete, inaccurate or insufficient documentation and applications will be returned.
