Book List – Year 3 & 4

I have listed books that are worth a read. Perhaps you can find them in your local library – remember librarians will order books for you if you can’t see them on the shelf – or put them on your Christmas list! Some of the books are quite old now and may be purchased second-hand. Keep an eye out in charity shops or see if you can find someone selling a copy online. Many of the authors listed have written other titles so you could give these a try as well.

If you enjoy writing, please choose a book every now and again and write a short book review. I enjoy reading what you think about stories you have read so don’t forget to come and show me.

I have read many of the books but not all of them. You may need to check with an adult before reading as some of the books may be written for readers aged one or two years older than you. This means that the themes, and occasionally the language, are intended for an older audience.

Let me know about the books you have enjoyed (and the ones that you didn’t). I love book talk!

Have Fun.
