The QA organization in Wemmel works closely with all Vasco R&D centers world-wide to qualify a broad range of its products.

The QA Engineering Student assists in monitoring the overall quality of the VASCO products. The QA Engineer performs all the necessary test activities to ensure product functionality implementation corresponds with the specifications and exceeds customer expectations.
The QA Engineering Student works closely with other QA Engineers, the QA Manager and other R&D staff in various capacities. The typical activities include:

• Deploy Windows Server, Windows AD, and various Database systems in order to test security solutions with Vasco’s vast product line.
• Executing test cases against Vasco’s products and when required, working with developers/support-engineers to help reproduce/troubleshoot/root-cause software issues.
• Understanding the impact of wider platform defects and issues (software/hardware) and their potential impact on the testing efforts of other applications/products.
• Communicating queries/problems during the testing cycle that assist developers to understand and correct issues; in addition, they provide appropriate level of information & analysis.
• Reporting regular test status and updates to the R&D team.
  

• Final year student Studies (bachelor or master degree in Computer Science or equivalent by relevant experience)
• Knowledge of Python, Ruby, PHP, Perl or Java is a plus
• Interested in testing
• Motivated and desire to learn
• Persistent, precise and quality-minded attitude.
• Strong Windows & Linux knowledge
• You are fluent in English
