Welcome back to the start of a new school year and to a new year of A+ School Rewards!

Beginning October 7, 2016, Bardonia Elementary School - ID#: 07955 has the opportunity to participate in and earn CASH from A+ School Rewards, a great fundraising program provided by Stop & Shop.If you don’t have a Stop & Shop card, visit your local store to easily obtain one.

PLEASE NOTE:

You DO NOT need to re-register your card if your school selection(s) remains the same as last year.

To participate:

Visit and scroll down to the center of the page to select REGISTER YOUR CARD from the red box on the right marked FOR CUSTOMERS; or,

Call the A+ School Rewards Hotline at 1-877-275-2758 for assistance; or,

Email the A+ Hotline. Please include the last name associated with your Stop & Shop Card, your 13-digit Stop & Shop Card number and our school name and school ID number* of our school (or the name, city and state in which the school is located) to: .

* If you are supporting more than one (1) school, please include the ID numbers for both schools (or the names, cities and states of your schools.

To earn points:

Use your registered Stop & Shop Card each time you shop at Stop & Shop, and you will earn CASH for our school. You can track the number of points you are earning by checking your grocery receipt.
At the end of each month, your points are calculated and converted to CASH rewards for our school. These CASH rewards are updated monthly on the Stop & Shop A+ website beginning in November.
After the last day of the 2017 program, which is March 17, these same conversions are performed and the final school account total is posted.
Our school will receive one CASH awards check at the end of the program and can use this cash for any of our educational needs.

This is a tremendous opportunity to earn CASH REWARDS for Bardonia on the groceries and household items we alreadypurchase on a normal basis! Please encourage any family members or friends, who frequent Stop & Shop, to sign up for a Stop & Shop card, register for the A+ School Rewards Program and select Bardonia Elementary School (school ID: 07955). Here are some important details regarding the Stop & Shop A+ School Rewards Program. Please keep in mind your participation in this program can result in major CASH REWARDS for our school and in turn benefit our children. In order to participate, you need to have a Stop & Shop card (bonus card). Cards can easily be obtained at any Stop & Shop store.

Important Details:

You can register up to 2 schools per Stop & Shop card. Rewards are divided equally among each school.
Participation in the A+ School Rewards Program does not affect your gas rewards point balance. Each program runs separately.
For this school year, the program runs from October 7, 2016 through March 16, 2017.
Purchases made at ANY Stop & Shop store will result in points for our school as long as you selected Bardonia when you registered for the program. Our school ID is 07955.
Rally friends and family to sign up for the A+ School Rewards program and have them select Bardonia Elementary so we can make the most of purchases we all make on a regular basis!!

1.Do I have to register my card every year in order to support a school?
Answer: No. You do not need to re-register your card if your school selection(s) remains the same. Your card will automatically begin to earn points on October 7, 2016.

2. How are A+ Rewards points earned during purchases?
Answer: School Rewards points are rounded per transaction to the nearest whole dollar amount. For example: A total bill of $12.49 earns 12 points whereas a total of $12.69 earns 13 points. When a school earns more points, it receives a larger percentage of the total monthly reward (a percentage of the total sales of all registered A+ Rewards shoppers. See the Stop & Shop website for the exact formula).

3. Do my purchases on Peapod.com earn A+ School Rewards points?
Answer: Yes they do. Just be sure to register your Stop & Shop card on your Peapod account and be sure to register your card to our school (up to two may be supported).

4. Why does my receipt only show the points I’ve earned this month?
Answer: At the end of each month, your accumulated points are used to compute the monthly school account total for our school. Visit School Totals at the beginning of each month to see our school’s updated total.

5. What can schools do with their CASH REWARDS?
Answer: Once our school receives their check, it’s up to the school to decide the best way to use it. It could be
used to purchase computers, smart boards, field trips, or any other educational related materials needed by the school!! YES!!
